How to reset user settings in Windows XP?
- Open Windows Explorer.
- Click Tools -> Folder Options.
- Open the View registry tab.
- Select "Show hidden files and folders".
- Close the Folder Options dialog.
- Open the folder "C:\Documents and Settings\<YourUsername>\Local Settings\Application Data\Polenter_-_Software_Solut" in Windows Explorer
- Delete all folders beginning with "DesktopReminder2..."
